Sending USDT on a network not listed here, or sending a different token to the address, cannot be recovered by us — no one holds a key that could reverse it. Check the network label twice before you confirm.
What happens after you send
Send the exact amount shown. Then wait: we watch the address and credit the plan automatically once the transaction confirms. TRC20 and BEP20 usually confirm in under a minute; ERC20 can take several minutes and, in bad conditions, longer.
If the amount differs slightly, the order is matched by the transaction's own record rather than the exact figure — small underpayments are normally fine, large ones are not. If nothing upgrades after twenty minutes, send the transaction hash and it can be checked directly.
